FOOD BANK

The LCSA Food Bank was started in 1994 to meet the growing need of hungry students on campus. The Students’ Association is responsible for the operation and supports the food bank through monetary donations and food drives.

If students currently enrolled at Lethbridge College are having problems making ends meet, then there is relief! The Lethbridge College Students’ Association has a Food Bank for students who are in need. This is for emergency use only and only meant for a few days’ worth of food.

Students can email lcsa@lethbridgecollege.ca for an application or pick one up in the Students’ Association office CE1350. Once the completed application is submitted to the LCSA, an appointment will be set up for the student to pick up the hamper in the Students’ Association office (CE 1350). Students can access the food bank once a month, by making an appointment at the LCSA office.

The Food Bank is always looking for donations and volunteers for food drives. If you have non-perishable food or time to give, we would really appreciate it.

For more information about the Food Bank or to volunteer, contact the LCSA Office, located at CE1350 email us at lcsa@lethbridgecollege.ca or call +1 (403) 320-3373.
